How and when your order arrives

Processing time

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

Rates and delivery estimates

• Standard domestic: $6.95, 3–5 business days
• Free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $75
• Express domestic: $14.95, 1–2 business days
• International: from $19.95, 7–14 business days

Estimates start from the day of dispatch, not the day of ordering, and exclude public holidays.

Tracking

You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. If tracking hasn't updated after 3 business days, contact us and we'll chase it.

Duties and taxes

International orders may attract import duties or taxes on arrival. These are set by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your address at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll refund the order minus the original shipping cost, or re-ship once postage is paid again.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel is confirmed lost in transit or arrives damaged, email us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we'll send a replacement or a full refund.
