Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It's accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud.

Pricing

Prices are shown in US dollars and exclude taxes and duties unless stated. We may change prices at any time, but never after your order is accepted.

Product descriptions

We photograph every item ourselves, but screens vary and natural fabrics have slight variation between batches.

Accounts

You're responsible for keeping any account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

Intellectual property

All text, photography, and designs on this site belong to Babies Clothing LLC and may not be reused commercially without permission.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
